Cloud Shape Interpreting ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Cumulus Creatives LLC, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website, use our mobile applications (including the CloudDrawing app), watch or buy from our Whatnot live shows, or make a purchase.

Information We Collect

Automatically when you visit our site: information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we collect information about the pages or products you view, which websites or search terms referred you to our site, and how you interact with our site.

When you make or attempt a purchase on our website: your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. This is referred to as "Order Information."

When you use the CloudDrawing app: information you choose to provide (e.g., a username and any artwork you create). The app does not require an email address or other identifying personal information to use the core drawing features.

Whatnot live shows:if you purchase from us on Whatnot, Whatnot collects and processes your order information under Whatnot’s own privacy policy. We receive limited information from Whatnot (typically: shipping name, shipping address, order contents, and the messaging needed to fulfill the order).

Bundle Game submissions: when you submit a bundle through the Bundle Game on our website, we collect the email you provide so we can notify you if your bundle is selected for the show. The bundle data itself — bundle name, one-line pitch, your handle if you provided one, and the card lineup — is publicly visible at cloudshapeinterpreting.com/pokemon/bundles/<id> once we approve it. Pending bundles are private; rejected bundles are removed. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you explicitly check the consent checkbox at submit time (the box is unchecked by default). Bundle submission emails are stored on our secure infrastructure and used only for the notification path; they are not added to mailing lists or shared with anyone beyond AWS SES, which delivers the email.

Discord community submissions:when you submit a drawing on our Discord server, the submission form collects: the image you upload; a name or title for the drawing; an optional credit name (a first name or nickname); your Discord username, display name and account ID (so we can reach you about your submission); the age option you select ("13 to 17" or "18 or older"; the form does not accept "Under 13"); and the source-and-permission statement you chose (drawn by hand, or made with AI tools, together with your permission for us to feature and credit the work), stored word for word with the time you agreed. Submissions are reviewed privately by our moderators. If we feature a submission, what becomes public is the drawing, its title, the credit name (or your Discord display name) and the declared source. We never publish your age bracket, account ID, surname or location. Submissions we do not feature are kept only as described under Data Retention.

Website drawing submissions:when you submit a drawing through the form on our website, we collect the image you upload, an optional note about what you drew, the credit name you choose (a first name or nickname) or your choice not to be named, the permission statement you agreed to, and — only if you tell us — that the drawing was made with AI tools. We record the date and that the submission came through our website, along with which of our links you arrived from, if any. We use your IP address only to limit how many submissions one address can send in an hour; it is not stored. Sending a drawing does not require an email address, your age, or any other personal detail. The form asks you to confirm you are 13 or older; we do not collect or store an age. What we publish is the drawing, your note, the credit name (or no name, if you chose that), and the AI label if you gave one. Submissions we do not feature are kept only as described under Data Retention. After you submit, we offer you an optional mailing list. It is genuinely optional, it is empty by default, and it is a separate step from the drawing — we look at your drawing the same either way. If you enter an address there it goes to our mailing list only, it is never attached to your drawing or passed to anyone who works on the videos, and every email we send has an unsubscribe link. We do not offer it at all on the under-13 route, where a grown-up’s address is used solely for the consent message described above.

How We Use Your Information

We use Order Information to fulfill orders, process payments, arrange for shipping, provide order confirmations, and communicate with you. We may also use this information to screen orders for potential risk or fraud, and — with your permission — to send marketing communications about new products and promotions.

Order Processing & Payments

Our checkout runs on Stripe. When you buy from cloudshapeinterpreting.com, Stripe collects your name, email address, shipping address and payment details on its own pages and processes the payment. We receive what you ordered, where to ship it, and your email address for order updates — we never receive or store your full card number. For more information, you may read Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

The pages you browse are files we publish and host ourselves; no store platform holds your data. After you order, we keep the order record in our own business records, and the shipping name and address go to the carrier and to the person who packs your order, through the services listed below.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our site and hold certain information. Cookies are small data files placed on your device. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our site.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our site, our shows, and our customer communications:

• Stripe — payment processing for purchases made on cloudshapeinterpreting.com. Stripe collects your name, email address, shipping address and payment details on its own checkout pages. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• EasyPost — shipping labels. To buy the label for your order we send the shipping name and address, and the carrier (for example USPS) receives the same details on the label. See EasyPost’s privacy policy.
• Whatnot — live-selling platform for our Pokémon shows. If you purchase from us on Whatnot, your order is processed under Whatnot’s privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4— site analytics. GA4 collects pseudonymous information about how you use our site: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, and what you do here — which products you view and add to your cart, whether you send us a drawing (with the hand-drawn or AI label you gave it) and which of our links brought you, and, when you buy, the items and the order total. It never receives your name, address, email address or payment details. See Google’s privacy policy.
• Amazon Web Services (Simple Email Service) — transactional email delivery for order confirmations, Bundle Game submission acknowledgments, winner notifications, and operator alerts; delivery of contact-form messages to us; the mailing list, whose addresses are stored in AWS (DynamoDB) in our own account rather than with a third party; and the shipping-job store our packer works from, which holds the packing slip and label for an order in AWS (S3 and DynamoDB) in our own account. • Discord — hosts our community server and the submission form. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord’s privacy policy. We receive the information described under "Discord community submissions" above.
• YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook — where we publish videos and posts, including featured community submissions. Each platform processes viewer and commenter data under its own privacy policy; we receive only the aggregate analytics those platforms provide to channel owners.

Each of these third parties has its own privacy policy and we recommend you review them. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to outside parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

When you place an order through our site, we retain your Order Information for our records (typically for the period required for tax and accounting purposes — generally 7 years) unless you ask us to delete this information sooner.

Discord community submissions that are not featured are deleted from our systems within 12 months of submission. Featured submissions, together with the credit name and the permission statement the submitter agreed to, are kept for as long as the featured content remains published plus 3 years, so we can show what was agreed if a question arises. You can ask us to remove a submission from future use at any time (Terms of Service, Section 8(d)).

Website drawing submissions that we do not approve are deleted within 90 days of submission. Approved submissions are kept, together with the credit name and the permission statement you agreed to, for as long as the featured content remains published plus 3 years, so we can show what was agreed if a question arises.

Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that it be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

• Right to know: you can request that we disclose the categories of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
• Right to delete: you can request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, information we are required to retain for tax or fraud-prevention reasons).
• Right to correct: you can request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out mechanism.
• Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us and identify yourself as a California resident making a CCPA request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.

Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (name, email, address, phone), commercial information (order history), internet/network activity (browsing behavior on our site), and geolocation data (approximate, derived from IP address). We collect these for the business purposes described above.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and online store are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website or store.

The CloudDrawing app is intended for users aged 13 and older. The app does not require account creation or personal information to use the core drawing features. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the app. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Submissions from children.Neither of our submission forms accepts submissions from anyone under 13. Discord does not allow accounts for children under 13; our website form asks you to confirm that you are 13 or older before you can submit. We do not collect an age from anyone. For any submission we publish only the drawing, its title or note, a first name or nickname, and the AI label if one was given — never an age, age bracket, surname, location or account detail. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

If we ever introduce features that knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, we will obtain verifiable parental consent in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) before doing so, and update this policy accordingly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
