We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Cloud Shape Interpreting. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Sealed Trading-Card Products — All Sales Final

All sales of sealed Pokémon and other sealed trading-card products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sealed product for any reason, including buyer’s remorse, perceived pull rates, change of mind, or product opened after delivery.

The only exception is product that arrives damaged in transit. If your sealed product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the original packaging. See “Damaged or Defective Items” below.

This final-sale policy applies to all sealed trading-card SKUs sold on cloudshapeinterpreting.com, including (but not limited to) booster packs, blisters, tins, Elite Trainer Boxes, collection boxes, and bundle products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or, if a replacement is unavailable, refund the affected item. Please include photos of the issue and the original packaging when contacting us so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

For sealed trading-card products, the damage exception applies only to damage clearly attributable to shipping or manufacturer defect (e.g., crushed tin, torn shrink-wrap on arrival). It does not cover the contents of sealed product once opened.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please reach out to us through our contact page with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions and a shipping address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Whatnot Purchases

This policy applies to purchases made on cloudshapeinterpreting.com only. Purchases made on our Whatnot live shows are governed by Whatnot’s marketplace terms and buyer-protection process — please use Whatnot’s dispute resolution for those orders.
